Other German pilots fared equally well, such as Gerhard Barkhorn (301 kills), Günther Rall (275 kills) were all victorious against Allied planes on the Bf 109. Meanwhile, Eino Juutilainen of Finland, another war ace flew the Finnish-operated Bf 109 designed by the Germans where he scored 58 kills (94 total kills). British top scoring aces had 38 kills, Americans 40 kills, Japanese 58 kills, and Soviets 62 kills while flying the Bf 109.
